Ex Divided Date Impact on Options Prices.

We all know that stocks that pay good dividends usually drop in price about the price of the dividend payment. How does this effect options prices. Selling Calls Vs. Buying Puts.

Selling Calls to open a position could be much more profitable than buying puts. For this game you will be allowed to do either. Selling to open a position has a much greater risk however the time value of the option is working in your favor as it approaches expiration. You may post trades supported by the indicators both ways to see which method works better. On winning trades you will find that you will make more money by selling to open a call option than buying a put option. On losing trades you will lose much more as a consequence. Good luck

We will use free resources from the web to analyze and predict market trends. The first resource that we found can be seen below. I successfully made my first trade buying puts on MRK with a 25 strike price the stock went down almost 3% and the puts went up 50%.
